California voters will decide 14 statewide ballot propositions in the November 2026 General Election. The Libertarian Party of California (LPC) has adopted official positions on 12 of the 14 measures through actions of the state convention and the Executive Committee.
The most recent recommendations—including Propositions 1, 2, 4, 39, 43, and 44—were approved during the July 2026 Executive Committee meeting and recorded in the official meeting minutes.
The Party has not taken positions on Propositions 5 and 45.
